Please have clean hair! The idea that dirty hair is better for coloring or lightening is outdated.

Modern professional coloring and lightening products work best on clean hair without excess oil, residue, dry shampoo, or other impurities. Think of it this way: instead of first working through layers of oil and impurities, the product can work directly and more evenly on your hair.

We recommend washing your hair the day before your appointment. You can also use a nourishing hair mask or conditioner. Please avoid shampoos that leave color residue, toning masks, heavy oils, dry shampoo, and excessive styling products before your appointment.

A clean base helps us achieve the cleanest and most predictable results.

Ideally, no. Please minimize the use of styling products before coloring, especially dry shampoo, oils, root sprays, hairspray, and heavy leave-in products.

A color correction is a customized service designed to correct or significantly change an existing hair color that cannot be addressed with a standard color appointment.

Examples may include uneven or patchy color, unwanted tones, banding, overly dark color, previous at-home color, correcting an unsuccessful color result, or making a significant change when there is existing artificial color in the hair.

Color corrections can be complex and may require multiple techniques, additional time, and sometimes more than one appointment.

Gray blending is a modern coloring technique that works with your natural gray hair instead of completely covering it.

Rather than creating a solid color that leaves a noticeable regrowth line, we incorporate your natural grays into the overall color using strategically placed highlights, lowlights, toning, or a combination of techniques. The result is softer, more dimensional, and typically much lower-maintenance than traditional gray coverage.

Gray blending is a great option for clients who are comfortable seeing some of their natural gray and want to avoid frequent root touch-ups every few weeks.

It isn’t the right choice for everyone. If your goal is complete gray coverage, a traditional color service may be more appropriate. During your consultation, we can help you decide which approach best fits your desired look and maintenance routine.

Yes, but the health of your hair is always our priority. Your stylist will evaluate your hair individually before recommending a service.

If your hair is too damaged to safely lighten, we may recommend a treatment plan, haircut, or time to restore its condition before proceeding with chemical services. We will never compromise the health of your hair just to achieve a certain color.

Booking your appointment is easy! If you’re a new client, simply create an account on our website and sign in. Choose the service you’d like to book, select your preferred date and time, pay the required deposit, and you’re all set! You’ll receive a confirmation with your appointment details.

Sign in to your account and go to Upcoming Appointments. Select the appointment you’d like to change, click Reschedule, and choose a new date and time.

Your deposit will automatically transfer to your new appointment.

Once your cancellation is processed, your deposit will be refunded to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

If you’re running late, please call us as soon as possible. We’ll always do our best to accommodate you.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we cannot guarantee that your service can still be performed. This will depend on the remaining appointment time and will be at the discretion of your stylist or technician.

If you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment and have not canceled in advance, our no-show policy will apply. You will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.

Our appointments are scheduled carefully so that each client receives their full service time. Because of this, we may not be able to start your appointment earlier than scheduled.

You’re welcome to arrive a little early, and if your technician or stylist becomes available sooner, we’ll be happy to accommodate you when possible.

All three materials are professional gel systems used to strengthen and protect natural nails, but they vary in flexibility and strength.

Rubber gel is the most flexible and is typically ideal for short, strong natural nails.

If you are a new client and book our "Russian Manicure for New Clients" service, the removal of your existing polish is included in the price.

For our returning clients, the removal of polish previously applied at our salon is also included in the standard service price.

If you come with polish applied at another salon, an additional removal fee may apply. Removing polish applied at another salon requires additional time and care, as we need to safely assess and remove the polish that was not applied by us.

Absolutely. We work with natural nails of any length and condition and can recommend treatments and techniques to protect and strengthen your nails.

However, if we detect signs of a possible fungal infection, active infection, or other condition that could make the procedure unsafe, we cannot perform the procedure. Your safety and the health of your natural nails always come first.

Yes! In most cases, we can repair a broken nail while maintaining its natural shape and appearance.

The repair method will depend on the location and cause of the break, and your technician will determine the best option during your appointment.

We recommend scheduling a Russian manicure every 3-4 weeks.

This is generally the ideal time to maintain the structure, appearance, and health of your nails. Significantly increasing the waiting time can affect the balance and structure of the coating as your natural nails continue to grow.

In many cases, yes.

We can always shorten your nails. The shape change will depend on your current nail shape, length, and natural growth.

For example, changing the shape from square to round or oval is usually quite simple. For returns, please contact us.

No. There’s no need to remove your existing product yourself before your appointment.

If removal is needed, we’ll take care of it professionally and safely as part of your service or as an additional removal service when applicable.

Whenever possible, your technician will discuss any necessary additions with you during your appointment so you understand what is being added to your service.

For the health and safety of our clients and technicians, we cannot perform nail services when there are visible signs of a potentially contagious or infectious condition.

This may include suspected fungal infections, inflammation, open wounds, sores, cuts, abrasions, or other conditions affecting the nails or surrounding skin that may make the service unsafe.

In accordance with New Jersey State Board of Cosmetology and Hairstyling health and safety regulations, our technicians may decline or discontinue a service if they observe a condition that could potentially be infectious, contagious, or unsafe to service.

Please understand that our nail technicians cannot diagnose or treat medical conditions. If you are unsure about the condition of your nails or skin, we recommend consulting a medical professional before scheduling your appointment.

This policy applies to both manicure and pedicure services and is in place to protect you, our technicians, and our other clients.

If you have excessive callus or significant hardened skin that you would like addressed during your pedicure, please add our Callus Removal service when booking your appointment.
